I'm not a professional or anything. I've been cooking for close to 20 years, mostly to eat but often for fun.

I do like to cook real food, and do so often, but baking is my schtick and what I enjoy the most.

Currently I'm working on the perfect cinnamon roll, 6 batches down, almost there I think.
