Does anyone know a software/tool, which allows creating Bill of Quantities in accordance with Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works (UK)? In particular, I am interested in working with the Library of Standard Items and also using a tool, which would allow to choose standard items and relevant option to avoid the need of scrolling the PDF. I would be grateful if you could share some information if you are aware of anything.
