I am designing a shredder and would like to know the right size (diameter) of a cutter .

I believe this is how a shredder works from my online research.

Torque = Force x Distance (radius of cutter)

2000 = F x 0.2 m

F = 2000/0.2 = 10000 N

If I reduce my cutter size (dia) to 0.1m then

F = 2000/ 0.1 = 20000N

For Constant Torque, say 2000Nm from a gearbox, if my cutter is smaller then can I get more force from the cutter?

Is my above calculations correct? If not, kindly suggest me the right answer.
