cruising=no can be added to roads where signs explicitly ban
cruising. Cruising means driving a car repeatedly along the same road in a manner that causes a public nuisance.
If cruising is only banned at certain times of the day, you can use Conditional restrictions. For example: cruising:conditional=no @ (22:00-05:00)
