The key operator:guid=* is used in public transportation tagging to have a general unified id for the operator=*.
PTNA uses it to find the corresponding feed if gtfs:route_id=* is present on a a public transport relation type=route_master or if one of gtfs:route_id=*, gtfs:shape_id=*, gtfs:trip_id:sample=* or gtfs:trip_id=* is present on a public transport relation type=route and gtfs:feed=* is not set.
Value Syntax
The Syntax is the same as network:guid=* and gtfs:feed=* and follows the 
ISO_3166-1_alpha-2 codes, with some exceptions.
Example
- operator:guid=DE-BW-SBG (example) - Südbadenbus GmbH (SBG), an operator in the German state Baden-Württemberg, see SBG GTFS data on PTNA.
